ㅇ 제외국 허용 살균?소독물질의 국내 적용 가능 여부 및 우선 순위
    - 안전성과 효과 검토를 통해 우선적으로 국내에서 허용이 필요한 물질 리스트 마련
ㅇ 식육의 미생물 감소 및 활성 제어를 위한 살균?소독제 사용 현황 파악(국내?외) 및 비교
    - 국내 및 제외국(미국, 일본, EU 등)의 사용현황, 물질별 특성(안전성, 장단점 등) 및 관리기준 등
ㅇ 도축장 위생수준 향상을 위한 중장기 정책방향 제시
    - 살균·소독제 의존성을 최소화하고 도축단계 위생관리를 강화할 수 있는 근본적인 미생물 오염 관리 방안
