 ㅇ설문조사에 참여하는 한국예술종합학교 학생들의 기본적인 정보 파악
2. 예술교양학부 교양강의 만족도 조사
 ㅇ예술교양학부에서 개설하는 교양과목에 대한 강의 만족도 조사를 위한 설문지 개발
 ㅇ강의 내용, 교수방법, 평가방법, 개인능력신장 등의 교양강의 만족도 조사를 통한 결과 분석
3. 예술교양학부 학습자 요구 조사
 ㅇ예술교양학부에서 개설하는 교양과목에 대한 학생들의 요구조사를 위한 설문지 개발
 ㅇ교육과정, 수업운영, 계절학기 및 특강 등의 학습자 요구조사 및 교수자의 그룹면담을 통한 결과분석
4. 예술교양학부 미래 운영방안 제시
 ㅇ교양강의 만족도와 학습자 요구조사 및 그룹면담 결과 검토, 연구결과를 종합하여 6개원으로 구분되어 각자 독립적으로 진행되고 있는 교양과목들을 통합할 수 있는 교양과목 개편 및 운영 방안을 구체적으로 제시 
 ㅇ예술교양학부 강의에 대한 학습자 만족도를 높이기 위해서 지속적으로 학생들의 의견을 교양과목의 편성과 운영에 반영할 수 있는 환류체계를 제안
 ㅇ전공 및 실기교육과 연계된 다양한 교양과목이 개설될 경우 이를 지속적이고 효과적으로 운영할 수 있도록 담당 교수자가 안정적으로 수급되고 관리될 수 있는 실제적인 방안 제안
